COUPE GLASS

1.5 oz white vermouth
1 oz mezcal
.5oz amaro montenegro
.5 oz fresh lime
.5 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
3 dashes rose or orange bitters


Dry shake all ingredients for 1 minute, add ice and shake until very cold. Double strain into chilled coupe glass and garnish with edible dried rose petals.
